Hi, I am Gioia Randolfi

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the deep connection between trauma, unprocessed emotions, and how these affect our mind and body. Emotional experiences can manifest physically and lead to all kinds of complaints. Healing starts with reconnecting with the subconscious, our physical intelligence, and healing underlying emotional wounds.
More than 10 years ago I graduated with a master's degree behavioral science. In my work with youth and adults I saw how unconscious patterns, unprocessed emotions and traumas arise and are passed on from generation to generation. During my training as a hypnotherapist, specialized in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), I got a complete picture of how these patterns continue to work as children grow up. The first seven years of life are decisive for the formation of their beliefs and how they later relate to themselves and the world around them.
For years my attention and energy was completely focused on the outside world, which led to me ending up in a burnout at a young age. I stayed home for a year, where I tried different therapies and trainings. Eventually I ended up at RTT, which brought me more than I could ever have hoped for. I reconnected with myself, learned to trust my own inner knowing and intuition again, and felt a powerful drive to follow my own path.
The transformation that I have gone through, I wish everyone. A more beautiful and finer world starts with yourself, from within.
This is how I work
From an empathetic, holistic and integral approach I offer guidance with the challenges you encounter in life. We investigate both the visible, such as your behavior and symptoms, and the invisible, such as early childhood experiences, limiting beliefs, survival mechanisms, unprocessed emotions and traumas. On a deeper (neurological) level we heal and let go, also the things you may not yet be able to see but that are in your way. We restore the connection with your subconscious and your deep inner knowing, so that you can fully experience your life from harmony.
We activate the self-healing capacity of body and mind, so that you can reconnect with your own core. I believe that we have not crossed each other's path for a reason, and you probably have too. With my expertise as a behavioral scientist, hypnotherapist and coach, I can really make a difference for you. Together we can reawaken your inner strength and guide you to the best version of yourself. You will reconnect with your mind, body and intuition, and thus find your way back to your true inner self.
