Method
I. Free consultation call
Your questions will be answered and together we will see if we are a good match. We estimate how many sessions you need to heal your current problem and plan a one-on-one session.
II. Reveal
We will conduct an in-depth intake to gather all information about what problem is at play and how you would like this problem to change.
III. Transform
I guide you to a relaxed state, a state of hypnosis, in which you can connect with your subconscious mind. In this state you are fully awake, aware and in control at all times.
Using RTT®'s unique techniques and processes, we will uncover the underlying reason and root cause of your problem, often something you are not aware of.
Then we will change, reframe and reprogram this and create new, positive and empowering thoughts and beliefs.
IIII. Integrate
After the session you will receive a tailor-made, unique and personal audio recording that will support and strengthen you in your transformation.

It is vital that you commit to listening to this recording at least once a day for 21 days. Through repetition, the new, positive, and empowering instructions are used to re-program your subconscious mind and create new neural pathways.
IIIII. Evaluatiegesprek
During your 21-day integration period, I provide support via email, text or voice messages.
At the end of this period we will have an evaluation session to discuss your progress.
*Sessions can be conducted in Dutch or English, live via Zoom or face-to-face in my practice office in The Hague.
